BCTV Keeps It Real #1

Every player will have bad games. But, the world’s reaction is different based on the player. For example, Russell Westbrook had a rough season, and he became Westbrick. Draymond Green had a bad game, and he was “too worried about his podcast.” Meanwhile, Stephen Curry missed all 3’s, and he got a pass. Not to mention, Derrick White played 21 minutes and only scored 1 point for the Celtics in game 5. Yet, he’s not getting roasted on social media. What’s up with that? Let’s keep it real.

Boston Celtics BLEW OUT Philadelphia 76ers

It started as a wonderful night in Philly. James Harden was present and strangely dressed. He made his presence known even though he sat on the bench during the game. Images and videos have been floating across social media of Harden practicing and building chemistry with his new teammates. But, things turned sour for the 76ers when it was game time.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown were key players for the Boston Celtics. Tatum finished the game with 28 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists. Meanwhile, Brown scored 29 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, and dished 3 assists.

The struggle to score was apparent for the 76ers. In fact, no player scored 20 or more points. Joel Embiid was the lead scorer with 19 points. However, he took careless shots. For example, Embiid tried to do Harden’s signature step back, but his shot was blocked.

To end the game, the Boston Celtics scored 135 points while the Philadelphia 76ers were held to 87 points. It was an embarrassing 48 point blow out. What will the 76ers do to shake back from a horrible night.
